We cordially invite you to join us for a weekend of putting food by and other revolutionary acts. Learn about topics such as canning, preserving apples, seed-saving, mead-making, fermentations, making herbal vinegars, root cellars and primitive storage, growing lavender in Appalachia, and more! Our educators include Ashley English, from Small Measure, Marissa Percoco from Firefly Gathering, Amy Hamilton from Appalachian Seeds, Ann Rose from Rose Mountain Farm, Lori Collins Jenkins from Sister of Mother Earth, Abby Artemisia from the WANDER School, Jeannie Dunn from Red Moon Herbs, Puma Love from Spiral Mountain, and more!

Our weekend of classes begins on Friday morning at 9:00 am, but if you're spending the whole weekend with us, you may arrive on the evening of Thursday, September 14th anytime after 4:00 pm. There will be four class options for attendees on Friday and Saturday -- two in the morning and two in the afternoon. On Sunday, there will be three class options -- two in the morning and one in the afternoon. Meals are provided with a general admission ticket or a day pass. Meals include: Supper on Thursday for people who are staying the whole weekend; Breakfast, lunch, and supper on Friday and Saturday; And breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Supper on Saturday will be a special wild foods-themed meal.

Saturday teachers include: Amy Hamilton, Marissa Percoco, Ashley English, Melissa Fryar, Jeannie Dunn, and Puma Love.

Sunday teachers include: Lori Collins Jenkins, Abby Artemisia, Jeannie Dunn, and Puma Love.

General Admission Full Weekend: $222 (includes nine meals and eleven classes, with free camping)

Day Pass Saturday: $85 (includes three meals and four classes)

Day Pass Sunday: $75 (includes two meals and three classes)

Regular Pricing -- August 26th through September 10th

General Admission Full Weekend: $250 (includes nine meals and eleven classes, with free camping)

Day Pass Saturday: $99 (includes three meals and four classes)

Day Pass Sunday: $89 (includes two meals and three classes)
